1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Cazy AB (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including merchants who access the App through the Shopify App Store.

2. Description of Service

Cazy AB is a Shopify app that enables merchants to run A/B tests on their Shopify storefront, including content, theme, shipping, and offer experiments. The App includes AI-powered simulation and statistical analysis features designed to help merchants make data-driven decisions.

3. Shopify Store Requirements

You must have an active Shopify store to use the App. The App is installed and billed through Shopify. You are responsible for ensuring your store complies with Shopify's Partner Programme Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Experiments and Data

You are solely responsible for the experiments you create and run on your store. Cazy AB collects anonymous visitor event data (page views, conversions, add-to-carts) for the purpose of calculating experiment results. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored. Visitor IDs are anonymous UUIDs generated client-side and stored in a first-party cookie.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to:

  • Deceive or mislead customers about prices or product details in a way that violates consumer protection laws.
  • Run experiments that violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or its underlying technology.
  • Use the App to collect or process sensitive personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI models, source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Cazyweb. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for the purpose of running A/B tests on your Shopify store.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cazyweb does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that experiment results will lead to revenue increases. AI simulation predictions are estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cazyweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data resulting from A/B test outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
